O.K., but here are the order I want my drives in:
#0 - 3.5", #1 - 3.5", #2 - 5.25", #3 - 5.25"
I was always under the impression that a twist was needed to make the 3.5" act as 0 and 1.

What about a TWO drive combo with a 3.5" and a 5.25"? That would be quite sufficient for copying from one media to the other. I've triea many different cable configurations, and nothing seems to work. (The 5.25" drive does NOT have a selector to choose between 0 and 1, and I don't see a terminating resistor.)
