[Coco] cleaning keys

Surprisingly, there is still a typewriter business.  Lawyers, realtors and
doctors still use typewriters for official documents - I don't understand
why, but they do (also, here in Toronto, most lawyers still use Word
Perfect). They still use faxes a lot as well.  Oddly enough, we are doing
more typewriter repairs than computer repairs right now.  Those IBM model
IIs are tanks.  My buddy also has a garage full of vintage typewriters that
he rents out to movie companies.
