[Coco] Fooling around with assembly in RS-DOS environment

The  Vcc 201 should work the same in Phoenix IDE as older versions of Vcc. Nothing was changed in the cmd line structure (that I know of).
At the moment, there is a lull in the VCC development as the 2 programmers working on it have been busy, so until they can get back at it, it will remain as it is for now. We have a massive rewrite setting in the wings that will be the first step in moving to a multi platform build. That build is setting idle until it can be finished up. Hopefully, the programmer who is doing the conversion will be able to get back at it soon, but his job has cut his time from being able to work on it.
