[Coco] CMOC 0.1.25 published, plus library providing 51x24 PMODE 4 text screen

Hi everyone,

I have just published version 0.1.25 of CMOC, a C-like cross-compiler.
This release fixes an optimizer bug that affected ternary expressions
(a ? b : c), and it resolves compilation issues for gcc 6.1.0.
