[Coco] VCC 2.01 Configuration...

Sorry guys, I just went into checking on the laptop setup - was at work
when I gave VCC a spin and didn't have much of a chance to follow up on the
security settings.
So once home... yes!, that was the issue:
Folder is set to read only and the Users group had no full control access -
set it properly and sure enough the previous non existent vcc.ini showed up
on the VCC program folder.
Now I get the have more fun with a CoCo 3 emulator on lull moments at work,
the emulator now relaunches with the last config set... relief :-)
