[Coco] Glenside IDE controller

Hello,
I have one of these controllers, it is verson 1.0
and came without any connector on the two
'slots' where one could insert a floppy controller
or any cartridge.
Could anyone tell me the reference number or the part number
and supplier where I could buy them?

Ps Thanks to Bill Pierce for his help explaining technical data
about that controller to me and how could be used.
I would appreciate any link / pointer to 'up-to-date' drivers, docs
and whatever exists about that nice controller.
