The confusion may stem from the fact that Roger Taylor also has his own 
Coco FPGA project that runs on a TerASIC DE0-Nano.

In theory, either project could be ported to the other hardware, though 
both have now been extended to support additional hardware via add-on 
boards specific to each platform.
