[Coco] Orchestra90-CC ROM fully converted for the Dragon-Tano 64k

Hello Tano-Dragon users,
while listening to the scores og a big disk (720k with 160 scores)
I found a flaw that prevented the program to access sequentially sectors 
13-18 in the directory.
This has been corrected. You will find the new VDK here, near the end of the 
page:
