[Coco] DosPlus5.0Extender now creates true VDK files

Hi all,
Some Dragon users have asked me how could they create proper VDK files on 
the CoCo-SDC using the DOSPlus5.0 extender.

You will found info about the new version that enables users to do so, in

You will find there an VDK that helps flashing a bank with this new version 
v0.25.05.
You can copy it to the SD card or access it via drivewire upon the setup you 
work with.
