[Coco] Fwd: IP packets on my coco

yeah...When there are no incoming packets i yield the process... i put too
big of a number...(too lazy to look up the params for pause()!)  Anyway..
with a look through the docs i came up with a idle delay that get thw ping
average down to 160 ms.
