[Coco] Using Cocodisk.exe to make bootable Nitros9 disks.

OK, I do have a third party disk controller that is limited to 1 MHz.  
I'll have to root through the heap of CoCo stuff and find it's 
documentation again.  It drove me nuts on the CoCo 3, while it worked 
fine on a CoCo 1.
