Sailor Man does not have a normal single bin file. It has a tiny file called "SAILOR" which loads the rest of the game. If you can make a standard single bin file that you can loadm and then exec to run to run, then this would work. If there is more than one file or if some of the game is loaded from raw sectors on the disk then this will not work.
