[Coco] Getting Started with TRS-80 Color BASIC

Someone uploaded the "Getting Started With Color Basic" a while back, but I don't know where they uploaded it. I searched GMane, but couldn't find the email containing the link. I had a copy in PDF, but it was in a recent HD crash and I lost it.
I have the original paper manual as well as "Going Ahead With Extended Color Basic" but they are not scanned.
I'm not sure I want to tear them apart to scan them, but I will if needed. Someone else would have to OCR them.
