[Coco] CoCo emulators how-to video series

I will be creating a series on how to install and configure the various
CoCo emulators on various operating systems.

I've seen a few questions come up both here on the list and in the Facebook
group, so I'll do my best to show the things I've learned along the way.

Here is the first entry, how to use VCC on Windows, following videos will
cover Xroar and MAME/MESS on both Windows and Mac.
