CoCo SDC:

$FF42 (duplicated at $FF46) = Flash Data Register
$FF43 (duplicated at $FF47) = Flash Bank in bits 0..3; Write Enable in bit 7

With the DRGN switch is in the ON position $FF40..47 are swapped with
$FF48..4F.
Decoding of all SDC register addresses requires SCS* to be asserted.
