[Coco] MPI Updates

Camillus, this is for you...

Added some code to the Verilog tonight on the MPI, and I now have an 8 
slot unit :-)

I know it does not look like much, but it was easy to create, by simply 
using the second IDE connectors and wiring up a second board.  An 
existing "bank" switch I put on the unit serves to denote which board is 
0-3 and which is 4-7.
