Hmm, most CoCo drives (but not all) are actually 40 track double sided but Disk Basic won't use the extra capacity. If you really do have a single sided drive you can upgrade. Any IBM compatible 40 track double sided 5 1/4 will work, but high density drives (1.2 M) require persuasion. Any 720k 3 1/2 inch drive will work. Many 1.44M 3 1/2 inch drives will also work as 720k if you either use 720k disks or cover the hole on the disk that detects it as 1.44M, or disable the sensor on the drive.
