If anyone else wishes to build their own Wine bottle of VCC rather than downloading my pre-bottled one, these are the setting I used:
I am using Wine 1.7.37
When opening, I selected:
Convert to simple OS X Application bundle with WineBottler.
Then
Prefix Template: new prefix (default)
Program Installation:
File: VCC 2.0.1b Coco 3 Becker Port Emulation setup.exe
This is the installer, execute it.
Optional Installer Arguments: Empty/None
Uncheck include mono
Program Execution:
Native Dll Overrides: Empty/None
Runtime Arguments: Empty/None
Wine Tricks: Empty/None selected
App Bundle:
Self-contained: checked, optional, this includes Wine so the app can be run on Mac's that do not have Wine installed, but it does make the app MUCH larger.
Copyright: Put whatever here, the program License is GPL, so it is copyrighted. The copyright can be anyone as long as the license is still GPL.
Version: 2.0.1b
Identifier: com.amobiledevice.vcc
At least that is what I used.
Category: Games
Code sign identity: Empty/None
Silent install: unchecked
Make sure to uncheck mono, it is very large, and .Net/mono support is not required. If you are building the app for yourself, you can leave self-contained unchecked as long as Wine will be installed on any Mac you wish to run this on. The resulting package works well, but not run properly in full screen mode on my mac. If you can resolve this issue by setting Dll Overrides or other settings, please let me know what you did. The issue is probably related to Direct-X. The application does work if you press the green (+) button, it is just the F11 true full screen that has issues (at on my Mac, YMMV). This information may be useful to users who want to run this on Linux as well.
