[Coco] Latest Release of the VCC Color Computer 3 Emulator

Salvador, no it's the "Visual Studio 2015 Community Edition" which is a free download from MS (make sure you get the "C++", "x32", and "WinXP compatibility" packages). But, it ONLY runs on Win 7 and up. I imagine the pro edition is nice, with tons of features (I've had several of the past versions), but who's got that kind of money?
The idea was to use something readily available to anyone who wanted to build it themselves. But be warned, the sources change from day to day sometimes as we are constantly working on things.
