[Coco] Level 1 & Drivewire

You are definitely right there Joel,  I have looked at the Drivewire code and see how it’s done.  I am prioritizing things a little better as I think having the MMU with Level 2 first would be very helpful in this incarnation using Neal’s Multicomp.
