I had a chance to do a little testing and there is a BIG problem.
Mess only works with 35 track single sided disks.
DECB works just fine, but, none of my os9 disks will work. The file
coco_dsk.c in the (v0.153 that I use) formats directory has disappeared.
That was the file that supported jvc and os9 files. The jvc files have
the jvc_dsk.cpp file to support them (but is does not work if there is
ANY VALID header). Our dsk files are also supported by jvc_dsk.cpp. Good
thing because dsk_dsk.cpp requires a header for their disks.
Since OS9 files are apparently no longer supported by mess,
rm -r mame0.170 !!
