For the MCU firmware, yes. Current version is 116, here…

All dip switches off, no jumper, do the firmware update on a CoCo.
Dip switch 1 and 3 on, jumper on DRQ, back in the Dragon. (assuming your Dragon OS is in bank 2)
BTW, the best current DOS for Dragon computers is Pere’s DOSPlus.
An updater to the current version is here (.VDK image, updates SDC from a Dragon).
