FWIW, you can also do this with SDC-DOS.  For example:

DRIVE 2, #0, 0
DRIVE 3, #1, 255
BACKUP 2 TO 3

This will copy disk 0 of the image in DW slot #0 to disk 255 of the image
in slot #1.
