My first suggestion is not to worry about the Super IDE, the Super IDE is nice, but the CoCo SDC is nicer and less expensive. I think Zippster <zippster278 at gmail.com> still has some available. As far as a HDBDOS rom, a CoCo SDC has flash rom, so you can load the rom image in there. As far as an HDBDOS rom is concerned, cloud9 will burn an eprom for $15 plus shipping and handling but then you would also need a 28 pin rom adapter, so by the time you add everything up, you are probably better off paying $45.95 for a CoCo SDC if they are available, which I think they are. I already have a version of the VCCEmuDisk.vhd for the CoCo SDC. If you have a working floppy drive, you could load HDBDOS from a real floppy, that is an option, and I am working on a version of VCCEmuDisk.vhd for DriveWire. I should have that ready soon. I you want an image of a disk that you can write to a real floppy with HDBDOS 1.4 then this link should work:  https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B8RnV5G0TZFZcEVac0dtWUxVU1E/view?usp=sharing
I am also emailing you off list with the HDBDOS 1.4 rom image and the cassette wav file.
