[Coco] Reproduction Program Pak Boxes

I'm thinking of doing a run of reproduction program pak boxes. The
cardboard boxes, in silver and black. I have a lot of paks+manuals
that could use a nice new box.

I don't yet know the cost. It mainly depends on the size of the order.

The second biggest factor toward the cost is gluing the boxes
together. They will be less expensive if you're willing to glue them
yourself. So let me know about that as well.
