GIME S2..S0:

000 = Internal ROM
001 = CTS*
010 = FF0x and FF2x  (PIAs)
011 = FF1x and FF3x
100 = Internal SCS*  (for possibly planned on-board floppy controller)
101 = ???
110 = External SCS*
111 = RAM ???
