[Coco] Printing from Disk Extended Color Basic (via Drivewire)

It worked on hdbdos for dw on a Coco 3 without the speed poke because that version of hdbdos ALWAYS runs in double speed to achieve the the 115k dw4 baud rate. On the Coco 1 & 2 version of DW hdbdos, you would need the poke as they do not run in double speed since they lose video at high speed.
