[Coco] NitrOS-9 Help Message suggestion

I am not volunteering for this :) and it may have come up for discussion before. 
Why are there not at least two collections of help messages, one designed for a 
32 col. LevelI screen with the current messages intended for an 80 col. LevelII 
screen?

There really ought to be a set for each of the 32, 40, and 80 screens. It would 
not be efficient for each program with internal help to test screen size and 
adjust line length. The messages would still be hard to read.
The Help command itself can't do the job either.
