Luckily for you, dmode is a command where the internal help has been left active.

help dmode
gives you a cursory explanation of the command but

dmode
gives you a detailed explanation of the syntax for the command.

Usage:  DMode [/<device> || -<pathlist> || -?] [option] [option] [...]

Purpose:  To report or alter current option settings of RBF device
           descriptors in memory or on disk in single module files.

Options:  nam, mgr, ddr, hpn, hpa, drv, stp, typ, dns, cyl, sid, vfy,
           sct, t0s, ilv, sas, wpc, ofs, rwc.

Examples:  dmode /dd
                Prints the current option settings of the /DD descriptor
                in memory.
            dmode -modules/h0.dd nam=H1 drv=1 cyl=03FF rwc=ffff
                Changes the module name in the MODULES/H0.dd file to H1,
                sets the physical drive number to 1, cylinders to $03FF,
                and the Reduced Write Current cylinder to $FFFF.
            dmode -?
                Prints more complete information on all of the options.
