I presume that a 64M CF card has 64 * 1024 * 1024 physical bytes of memory since it is a solid-state device, but perhaps there is a little bit of overhead for bad block remapping. That could explain why HDB-DOS thinks 198 disk images fit, rather than the 208 that I calculate for a true 64M storage device.
