Ah, now I get it. I looked at the MiniIDE image in a hex editor and found that the Nitros-9 partition comes first. Then I found the HDB-DOS offset feature that I missed in the user manual. So I guess that I need to figure out how big that Nitros-9 partition is and then hack the offset into HDB-DOS.
