Thanks. So since my post, I have also found that two Shanghai games from "Earther" software also do not have cursor movement, same as Ed.
Joystick works fine in the Sierra games and the Activision Shanghai...Perhaps I haven't created the boot disk properly... The Nitros9 I was using , where all of this worked, was older.. 3.2.1 and I'm not very familiar with the system to begin with.
I've never used Multivue... I have always just started Ed from the command line.Chas
