Yes, I think Stephen summarized it quite nicely. Join the Yahoo group at
https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/CoCo3FPGA/info , read the messages,
browse the files, ask questions.....we'll get you up and running. There
are even some good secondhand DE1 boards floating around that can be
purchased (I have two or three extras myself).
