[Coco] Format D2 80dd

Need more details.
OS-9 or NitrOS9?
Has the driver been set correctly?  (DEMODE)
Is the drive really an 80 track drive?
What size and type media.  A 1.44M 3.5" drive generally works poorly 
with 1.44M media on a CoCo.
