You could try using XCOM9 and use this terminfo entry:

#	Reconstructed via infocmp from file: /usr/share/terminfo/c/coco3
coco3|os9LII|Tandy CoCo3 24*80 OS9 Level II,
	am,
	cols#80, it#8, lines#24,
	bel=^G, blink=^_", bold=\E\:^A, civis=^E\s,
	clear=\014$<5*/>, cnorm=^E!, cub1=^H, cud1=^J, cuf1=^F,
	cup=\002%p2%' '%+%c%p1%' '%+%c$<2/>, cuu1=^I, dl1=^_1,
	ed=^K, el=^D, home=^A, il1=^_0, kcub1=^H, kcud1=^J, kcuf1=^I,
	kcuu1=^L, rev=^_\s, rmso=^_!, rmul=^_#, sgr0=\037!\E\:\0,
	smso=^_\s, smul=^_",

 Copy this into coco3.tic and then run:
tic coco3.tic

This will create a "coco3" terminal type using the native OS9 control codes. XCOM9 passes these codes through to the screen. I haven't used or tested this in a LONG time, but if there are issues I may also be able to tweak this and send an updated terminal definition.
