[Coco] OSTerm with DriveWire 4

One other detail that might help:  DW virtual ports must start in "echo
off" mode due to some design issues.  So if a program expects its
characters echoed that might be an issue.  The standard Hayes ATE1 will
turn echo on, and as I recall so will ATZ.
