http://www.colorcomputerarchive.com is a good place to start to get disk images of any software you may have lost. To get them onto your CoCo you can build a Drivewire cable and load the drive wire software from cassette. Then you can make a disk to load Drivewie from disk. HDBDOS for Drivewire is available here: http://sourceforge.net/projects/toolshed/files/ToolShed/ToolShed%202.1/hdbdos-toolshed-2.1.zip/download
The file you want to play to your CoCo 3's cassette port is hdbdw3cc3.wav. Type LOADM on the CoCo, load that audio wav, then type exec. Then if you have a Drivewire cable hooked up to a Drivewire server, you'll be able to copy disk images to disks. The Drivewire server is available here: https://sites.google.com/site/drivewire4/
I hope this helps you get your system running.
