[Coco] Compiling & running basic09 programs

There is one caveat. Text strings in I-Code, such as options for run
statement programs like TMode (example: "tmode -pause"), will cause your
program to error. The NOS-9 version of TMode uses pau=0 and pau=1 instead
of -pause and pause (respectively). In these cases you will have to modify
the source code to reflect the new syntax and then re-pack the code.
