[Coco] NitrOS9 booting sequence

That was exactly it. Thanks! When I placed grfdrv in the cmds directory
it booted through fully. I am still booting with dw and the REL, Boot,
and Krn modules are all 'stock'. This was just an experiment in
assembling them together manually and creating a boot track file. The
next step will be to assemble each one of the modules from source using
asm and then try it all again. After that I can try some mods to Boot
that will load the system from SD card.
