I've had, alhough not recently needed to, good luck with the 200MHz rated 
probes that MPJones ( mpja.com ) had at the time. For about a $20 bill 
each, they beat the $100/copy Tektronix probes all black and blue 
because they last longer if not abused.

I do need to get another pair as right now I am sharing 3 of them between 
my 100MHz analog Hitachi V-1065, and my newest buy, also an Atten 200 
MHz/channel 2 channel digital sampler.  Each has something its very good 
at.
