[Coco] Using Dmode

dmode /d1 sid=2 sct=12 t0s=12 cyl=28 dns=0 typ=20
sid sides
sct sectors per track in hex, 12 hex = 18 decimal
t0s sectors per track on track 0 in hex
cyl cylinders or tracks in hex, 28 hex = 40 decimal
dns density, 0 = 48 tracks per inch
typ Disk type, 20 = 5 1/4 inch
