[Coco] My Thanksgiving Day Project

Hi Brett,

I have been following your work as your progress has been outstanding.

I see you have your own github branch of fuzix.  Is this the code base 
we should start with if we want to follow along with your blog?  Any 
special build instructions for the Coco?
