[Coco] OT: Upgrade to WIndows 10?

Oddly enough, when I did the Windows 10 upgrade (I did my laptop and
desktop at the same time) my desktop Chrome functioned as well as ever,
but my laptop Chrome started having some odd glitches, that still aren't
fixed. Can't quite figure that one out, since they've both been
regularly updated.
