CoCo3 to Sony KV1311CR help please.

The user on Facebook may have a bad cable built using my untested instructions or his Sony KV1311CR is bad.

He posted a picture that suggests to me that the Sony KV1311CR is bad along with no snow on NTSC analog TV mode.

I get colored snow when I push the TV button in, he says none on his.
