HI,

Smaller eprom's fit in a 28p socket, but there are a couple things that you need to verify

- Does your programmer software has the exact eprom model in his list to program?
- How to align the smaller eprom's in the 28p socket? ( Most of the programmers align at the bottom     of the socket, so the missing pins are at the top side. But this can be different with your          programmer. The manual gives you the answer.
