[Coco] Component video for CoCo2

We started playing with the "first draft" of the Component video adapter, among other things. It was a bit of an Attention Deficit weekend--did a lot of things, but never finished one :P

So far the results are very promising--eye gouging resolution. Just needs some tweaking. One thing we'll have to do is take a page from Ed's book and run the circuit off of its own 7805 instead of tapping into the 5vdc from the mobo. There is some digital noise that gets through. Instead of building a pi filter and other stuff to filter that, it's much easier to pop a little regulator in there and be done with it.
