[Coco] CoCo Cartridge sizes?

ROM cartridges for the CoCo 1/2 came in sizes from 2k to 8k.
The CoCo 3 was able to use bank switched ROMs of 16k to 32k as well as the 
standard addressed 2k to 8k ROMs.
As far as  know, nobody has created a list of ROM cartridges listing the 
size of the ROMs.
