[Coco] Fwd: [midatlanticretro] Tandy Color Computer Drive Wire

HDBDOS replaces the Disk Basic rom, not ECB. The HDBDOS_DW rom can be inserted in the Disk Controller (or a rom pack if it's for DW as no actual drives are needed for DW). I have my HDBDOS rom in an FD-502 but there's no drives connected.
I use HDBDOS mainly to boot NitrOS9 from the DW vhd which then transfers control to my Glenside IDE HD.

anyone tried (and/or is it even possible) to create a ROM image to replace the
onboard ECB chip? Basically ECB with Drivewire extensions.

Isn't that what
HDB-DOS does?
