Unfortunately I haven't found any online yet.  Just read about them in some 
books that came up in a Google books search.  They had them for puzzles and 
various educational games, and also used them in connection with software to 
turn the touch pad in to a musical device.  Apparently a lot of custom 
keyboard layouts as well.
