[Coco] Announcing 512KB Static Ram Memory PCBs Using Through Hole Chips

Hi Vincent,
My 512KB Static Memory Upgrade is installed exactly the same as the Cloud-9 version.  Clip C65 and C66 then install the PCB and you're done.
